Crews began picking up flood-damaged household debris from residential streets today and will continue a needed throughout the cleanup process for residents affected by the flood. In addition, regular residential garbage pickup will resume Friday July 11th, for all residents in the flood affected areas.
The crews are focusing on debris pickup first, and will pick up sandbags and yard waste, including tree limbs from Monday's night's storm, following the initial debris pickup. Residents are asked not to place brush in the dumpsters, but to place it at curbside.
