Rockford police say they know who's behind the city's first murder of 2006, now it's just a matter of finding him.
Police are looking for 22-year-old Armando D'Mar Lipscomb. They believe he stabbed 23-year-old Curtis Dickens to death back in February.
You might recall hearing about the crime - police say a small fire was set at a home the 900 block of 18th Street. Upon arrival, they found Dickens' body inside the home.
