Hydrologists to figure out how to rid standing water

Hydrologists will visit several Wisconsin counties to try to figure out how to get rid of standing water. The Federal Emergency Management Agency says hydrologists will come from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Geological Service. The agency says pumping is not a viable option because studies show that water tables are high because rivers remain above flood stage.
