Tough economic times had one southeast Wisconsin man take extreme measures to get out of paying his bills. Authorities say Robert Farham pretended to have a heart attack while in Waukesha Wisconsin. According to the complaint Farham took a cab to the mall, but when it was time to pay up he told the cab driver he was having a heart attack. Farham also went to an Applebee's Restaurant had a $20 dollar steak, and yes again he faked a heart attack. He has been charged with fraud and habitual criminality.
