MONROE (WIFR) – Monroe Police have arrested 20 year old Dylan Palmer of Belleville for his 3rd OWI. Palmer was driving on the 1000 block of 4th Avenue in Monroe around 2:15 a.m. on Friday morning when Police pulled him over for a broken taillight.

Another man was in the car with Palmer, 20 year old Jordan Graber of Monroe. Graber was released pending his court appearance. Palmer’s charges include OWI-3rd offense, minor transporting intoxicants, and operating a vehicle with a defective tail lamp.
