Rockford Airport is sending out a document to explain all the refund and travel options there are for Transmeridian ticket holders.
Everyone who bought a ticket will get a 100 percent refund from TMA. It doesn't matter whether they bought the ticket with a credit card, check or cash.
Those who did use a credit card don't have to do anything. They'll automatically get a refund. But flyers who bought a ticket with cash need to send proof of payment to National City Bank in Michigan.
Rockford Airport leaders are setting up a few different options for people who still want to go on their trips. Executive Director Bob O’Brien doesn't expect they will get any help from TMA.
