(News Release from Winnebago County Sheriff's Office)

Winnebago County Sheriff’s Detectives have conducted a narcotic investigation of the residents of 3105 Pelham Rd, Rockford, Illinois.

On Monday May 5, 2008 at approximately 5:30P.M. Sheriff’s Detectives executed a search warrant on the residence and cocaine and marijuana was seized. Both occupants of the home were arrested and lodged in the Winnebago County Jail.

Charged are the following:

#1 Robert E. Turner Jr. (male DOB 11-3-70/37yrs old)
-Violation of the Cannabis Control Act(possession with intent to deliver/30-500grams)

#2 Denise L. Stine (female DOB 4-17-61/46yrs old)
-Violation of the Cannabis Control Act (possession with intent to deliver/30-500grams)
-Violation of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act (possession of less than 15 grams of cocaine).

Both Stine and Turner were lodged in the Winnebago County Jail. They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. The charges are merely accusations.
