Two Fires in Stillman Valley and Loves Park
Eleven area fire departments helped battle a barn blaze in Stillman Valley this morning, and lightning is also to blame for a Loves Park house fire.

Eleven area fire departments helped battle a barn blaze in Stillman Valley this morning. Fire investigators say lightning struck the building, sparking the fire. It happened on Utility Road in Stillman Valley. No one was hurt, but the damage is extensive.
And lightning is also to blame for a Loves Park house fire. Several other fire departments are called to battle this blaze inside a home on East Drive. No one was home at the time of the blaze, and no one was injured
