On Saturday, June 9, 2007 at approximately 10:36 p.m. the City of Delavan Police Department was called to 309 S. 2nd St., Apt. 102 to investigate a multiple homicide. After months of investigation conducted by the City of Delavan Police Department in cooperation with the Department of Criminal Investigation, Wisconsin State Crime Lab, Walworth County Sheriff’s Department, Walworth County Coroner’s Office and Waukesha County Medical Examiner’s Office and reviewed by the District Attorney, Phil Koss. The conclusion of this investigation is as follows.

Phil Koss, the District Attorney of Walworth County writes “…after reviewing all of the documents and discussing them with the officers, Analco shot and killed himself after he had killed the others. It appears as though the analysis done by the crime lab and the autopsies performed by the medical examiner confirm that finding. There is no credible information to show that any other individual was involved.”

Over the last 9 months all agencies involved have painstakingly sifted through thousands of pieces of forensic evidence and DNA evidence, autopsy reports, pathology reports and mobile crime lab findings. Gaspar Huerta, husband of one of the victims, Ashley Huerta, is the only witness. Nothing points to or supports any conclusion other than Ambrosio Analco, age 23 murdered 5 individuals who are Nicole Marie McAffee, age 19, his estranged girlfriend, their children, Isaiah Christian Analco, under age 1, his twin brother Argenis Analco, under age 1, Ashley Lynn Huerta, age 21, sister of Nicole and Aunt of Isaiah and Argenis and Vanessa L. Iverson, age 19, friend of Nicole. Also shot and the sole survivor, Jasmine, age 3 was also a child of Ambrosio and Nicole. Ambrosio Analco then committed suicide.

This case is hereby closed.

There are hundreds of pages of documents that will be part of open records. Please contact us for any open records request.

We would like to thank the Department of Criminal Investigation, Wisconsin State Crime Lab, Walworth County Sheriff’s Department, Walworth County Coroner’s Office, Waukesha County Medical Examiner’s Office and District Attorney, Phil Koss for their endless support and cooperation in this very sensitive investigation.
