Noted architect Santiago Calatrava has officially unveiled his plans for a proposed 115-story high-rise in Chicago. The building would replace the Sears Tower as the tallest building in the country.
The 2,000 foot tall building would twist up toward the sky like a giant, silver birthday candle. A Chicago developer says the building would house a hotel and residential space. He says he needs to sell 40 percent of the building's residential units before he can break ground.
