I'm a reporter here in Detroit and the best option by far that I've seen is www.LoanModAssistant.com as it's only $199 and they guarantee. I've sent many people to that site and everyone is pleased with what they ended up with. We can get through this together!

The easiest way to find good foreclosure home listings is by hiring a company that specializes in this type of business. You can find good Home Foreclosure Help listings services online and perhaps in your local yellow pages.

Is there any help for people in my fix? I am a single grandmother, I take care of a grandson with ADHD, a grandaughter, and a ill brother. My home was placed in foreclosure in 2006 ,I filed for Bankrupcy thinking it would help ,on some things it did, but on others it did not. I lost my car it was reposessed in November of 2007.I just recently found out that my home is in foreclosure again as of March 13,2008,the same day of my bankrupcty discharge. It seams to me that the Lawyers and Banks and Loan Companies are in cohootes. I do not want to lose my Home. I donot want to refile Chapter 13,all these lawyers want is your money but donot care what happens afterwards. They tell you nothing of what to do or what to expect. I heard of a program called American Dream, that sponsered free legal help, but cannot find it any where on line. I work hard and am tring to keep my Home,I have a family who expect this of me. I know there are others in this fix with me. PLEASE HELP US KEEP OUR HOMES.PLEASE
