The murder on Cunningham has left family and friends of the murder victim wondering when all this violence will stop.
Flowers and candles have since been placed at the site where Ballard died. Relatives say that neighbors are not taking the news well pointing to the fact that they suspect that this is gang related.
Christine Loos, who is a relative, says, “The retaliation is just going to continue. Someone else’s child, son, daughter or loved one will get shot all because of this incident. The violence needs to stop and it needs to stop today.”
Loos says David Ballard had two children.
