Authorities arrested Mark A. Wright of Leland, Illinois and charged him with 23 felonies. They also arrested his mother Sandra K. Seabright. She's faces 3 felony charges. The arrests follow searches of Wright's home and some storage facilities...they turned up stolen goods like pick-up trucks, boats and power tools linked to Illinois, Iowa and Missouri theft reports. Dekalb authorities are also working with their counterparts in Winnebago County for a possible stolen trailer reported in the area.
