The U.S. Department of Agriculture said Friday the ready-to-eat meals were labeled as containing a fruit roll but instead contained a Butterfinger candy bar. The candy bar is a snack made with peanuts, which is an allergen.
The product being recalled is the 3.4 ounce and six-and-three-quarter ounce Oscar Mayer Lunchables Low Fat Cracker Stackers Ham and Swiss Cheese, Fruit Roll, Capri Sun Fruit Punch.
(The packages bear the date November 15th, 2004 and the establishment number EB Est. 537-C. They're stamped with the packaging code 00 44700 2441.)
The Lunchables were sent to a distribution center in Minnesota. There have been no reports of allergic reactions from consumption of the product.
