Thanks to one local company, Loves Park resident Eva Adams was able to celebrate the holiday with her husband and share the vision of the season together.
Metro Medical Services, Inc. is bringing wheel chair bound patients home to be with their families for free. Metro Medical Services was one of the first companies to offer this type of transport for free. They began doing the good deed during the holiday season of 1993.
Operations Manager Jeff Stringer says employees love seeing the happy faces of families reunited for the holiday.
Eva Adams says she wouldn't have been able to bring her husband home for Christmas without Metro Medical.
