Union workers will not be able to come back to work until they reach a contract deal. The company will continue producing truck parts with salaried employees and temporary contractors... Gunite's negotiator adds that employees did not ratify a proposed contract at their meeting Sunday because they want to get rid of the current two-tiered wage system.
