Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Barack Obama and his wife Michelle voted Tuesday morning in their Hyde Park polling place.

Obama even took his daughter into the voting booth when he cast his ballot to replace the retiring GOP Sen. Peter Fitzgerald.

Recent polls show Democratic candidate Barack Obama leading Keyes by 40 percentage points or more.

Obama says he thinks he will win because more people are willing to listen to someone with a sincere desire to serve.

Obama's rival, Republican Alan Keyes, voted earlier at his Calumet City polling place.

An outraged man screamed at Keyes while he was casting his vote. The man was asked to leave and to stop disrespecting the process.
