Former Rockford College Economics Professor Pleads Guilty to Sexual Abuse
Robert Von der Ohe has pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Former Rockford College Economics Professor Robert Von der Ohe has pleaded guilty to three Counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse
Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse is a Class 2 Felony with a sentencing range of 3-7 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections or up to 4 years probation with mandatory lifetime sex offender registration.
As an additional condition of his bond, Von der Ohe was ordered to surrender his passport and have no contact with any of the victims or any children under the age of 18 years.
Sentencing is scheduled for February 4, 2010 at 1:30 p.m.
