Car Crashes into Church
An alleged drunk driver smashes into a local church.

ROCKFORD (WIFR)-- The crash happened at around 4pm Saturday on Alpine road just North of East State.
Police say the driver may have been drunk when he swerved to the opposite side of the road and smashed into 7th Day Adventist Church. The 43 year old man was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
He has been charged with a DUI.
