Kishwaukee College opens the doors to a new wing for its students.
The groundbreaking for this new facility began in October 2000. The new space will house several services for students such as a new 285-seat auditorium, office space and other administrative services.
The school says new facility cost about 21-million dollars to build and added 150,000 square feet to the college. The school says it's also renovated about 60,000 square feet of office space to better serve its students. The facility was completed in August.
