Ogle and Lee Counties had 911 issues due to a fiber optic cut.
Verizon says the cut was somewhere between Oregon and Rochelle.
The back-up system has been implemented, but some areas were not able to be placed.
Those areas were Franklin Grove and Ashton Fire Districts.
The situation has been resolved and everything is back to normal.
