AVALON (WIFR) -- On September 1, 2010, at 12:48 p.m., Rock County Special Investigations Unit, including officers from the City of Milton, served a search warrant at 11201 East County Trunk Highway A, in Avalon, Wisconsin. No one was home when law enforcement arrived at the residence. Deputies breached a door to the residence to secure the scene. During a search of the residence and property, deputies located drug paraphernalia and 13 marijuana plants.

On September 2, 2010, at 3:15 p.m., Gary Kelly was arrested at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office for manufacturing marijuana, maintaining a drug house, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kelly’s court date for his initial appearance is October 4, 2010, at 1:00 p.m.
