ROCHELLE (WIFR) -- New details surface about the industrial accident that killed a 25-year-old Rochelle man.

Rochelle Police say Mackenzie Downing died after he was crushed by a film spooler. Downing died on Wednesday during his shift at Transworld Plastic Films. Witnesses say he was accidentally pulled into the machine.

The company makes plastic for everything from tires to roofing.

Police say they have completed their investigation.
