Restructuring Plan Causes Layoffs
A new restructuring plan is putting more than a half dozen MetroCentre employees out of a job.

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- An estimated nine of 34 full time staffers were laid off.
SMG Senior Regional Vice President Harry Cann says the new structure allows the venue to be managed efficiently and provide better service to customers.
Employees who were laid off will be offered outplacement assistance and professional service to help find new employment.

As far back as I can remember. It has money problems..Something is not working and after 25 years you would think it could be fixxed
