WASHINGTON (AP) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a ruling that vaccines are not to blame for autism.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Friday upheld a decision of a special vaccine court. That court had concluded there's little, if any, evidence of a vaccine-autism link.

Science years ago reached the conclusion that there's no connection, but more than 5,500 by families sought compensation through the government's Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Why do they even bother going to court on this. Big Pharma will never be held accountable for the damage vaccines do to people (children).
