STATELINE (WIFR) -- Hundreds of needy families across the Stateline will have a hot meal to share on Christmas, thanks to a local charity. The Salvation Army says it will help 3,000 households this year. Today families could start picking up their packages. More than 3,600 toys have been collected through drives like "12 Hours of Salvation". Organizers say they are happy to provide help to those who need it most.
