ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- It was a picture perfect evening to be outdoors taking in the sights and the sounds at Sinnissippi Park.
The music shell was jam packed for a free concert put on by the Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps. The show is the first in the Park District's series "Music in the Park".
There are free shows at Sinnissippi every Tuesday and Thursday evening from now until August 16th, so you have plenty of time to check it out.
