ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- If you have a penchant for painting and poultry. Than you shouldn't bawk, bawk, bawk at the chance to see a new exhibit at the Rockford Art Museum
They were hatching history Tuesday tonight at the Rockford Art Museum, as 20 oil paintings from the rare poultry breed portrait collection were on display.
The complete collection of 57 paintings were created by three American artists back in the 1920's.
Tuesday night's reception was closed to the general public, but don' t let that ruffle your feathers, because the exhibition will be free and open to the public during regular museum hours through Friday.
