Cheap Trick Sued By Carlson

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Rock fans may consider Cheap Trick Rockford Royalty. But now one band member is suing the rest of the band claiming he's owed hundreds of thousands of dollars.

According to Courthouse News Service, Cheap Trick drummer Brad Carlson otherwise known as Bun E Carlos filed a breach of contract suit against fellow band mates Rick Nielsen, Robin Zander and Tom Peterson.

Carlson claims that the rest of the band has failed to follow through on a signed agreement. That states while Carlson is no longer required to tour with Cheap Trick but he is still a member of the band and should receive compensation.

Former band manager David Frey has joined Carlson with the lawsuit.
