BELVIDERE (WIFR) -- The Boone County Fair is about to open for business.
The festivities start tomorrow, and despite some rain this afternoon, workers were still able to set up.
Headlining the fair this year is Kellie Pickler from American Idol. She’ll be in town Friday.
