NEW YORK (WIFR) -- When it comes to a group as legendary as The Beatles, three words you seldom hear is "never before seen" but today at a New York art gallery, is a never before seen look into the Beatles first concert in the United States.
Mike Mitchell was only 18 when he took photographs for a magazine of the fab four performing on February 4, 1964. The magazine only used some of his work, the rest remained in Mitchell's basement for 47 years. Until now, Mitchell first showed a collector friend who he said walked into the studio and acted like he discovered King Tut's Tomb. The photographs are priced from $500-to-$6,000 but are expected to shoot way up when they're auctioned off later this month.
