Pop princess Britney Spears was in a Los Angeles, California courtroom Thursday afternoon (10/11).
Her appearance followed a hearing earlier in the morning in which a court commissioner delayed a final decision on overnight visitation pending further discussion between lawyers for Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline.
The unscheduled morning session before Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon was prompted by Spears' request for an emergency hearing to make her pitch for the overnight visits with her two sons.
She did not attend that hearing.
On October 1, Gordon gave Federline full physical custody of the children, reversing an earlier order allowing the ex-couple to have a 50-50 time split with the boys.
Twenty-five-year-old Spears and 29-year-old Federline are the parents of two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James.
