Former Bass Player For Emerson Drive Dies

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Former Emerson Drive bassist Patrick Bourque died at his home in Montreal, Canada, last night. Emerson Drive publicist Vanessa Parker Davis says Bourque's body was at a hospital Wednesday and details surrounding his death haven't been made available. Bourque left the band in August and was living and working in Canada. Emerson Drive recently had a number one country hit with "Moments." Davis says members of the band found about the death while on the way to a show in Nebraska. She says they were quote "shocked and grieving." Bourque's 30th birthday was Wednesday.
