SAUK VALLEY (WIFR) -- Sauk Valley Shop Small gears up big for Small Business Saturday. The grass roots effort of the Shop Small movement, unites locally owned, independent retailers and cultural groups from the Sauk Valley region in northern Illinois. Working together, the alliance utilizes Facebook, the Internet and traditional marketing to promote one another’s local small businesses and cultural activities.

Between Black Friday and Cyber Monday sits Small Business Saturday®, a day to celebrate and support the local small businesses that create jobs, boost the economy and invigorate neighborhoods across the country.

Sauk Valley Shop Small members are proud to take part in Small Business Saturday this year and want to encourage you to Shop Small® with them on November 24th.
