ROCKFORD – Elizabeth J. Bartos has been named Director of the Rosecrance Health Center, which includes the detoxification unit and medical services at the Harrison Adult Campus, one of the largest substance abuse treatment centers in the state of Illinois.

As director of the Health Center, Bartos will oversee 24 detoxification beds and the Medically Assisted Recovery Clinic (MARC).

Bartos previously worked in mental health services through Rosecrance, and most recently served as Associate Director of Community Recovery, Integration and Support at the Ware Center in downtown Rockford.

She holds a master’s degree in psychology from Western Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. She is a licensed counselor in Illinois and is certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors

Scott Green has been hired as the Accounting Manager for Rosecrance Health Network. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Northern Illinois University. Prior to joining Rosecrance, Green worked in financial management for Johnson Press, McGladrey & Pullen and Gray’s IGA.
