ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Tourism in Rockford is about to get boost.
More than 100 journalists will visit the Forest City next August for a Travel Media Trade Show. The Rockford Area Convention and Visitors Bureau expects them to spend about $100,000 in the Stateline.
