ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- In their efforts to provide continuing education and services and help prevent Identity Theft in our community, MembersAlliance Credit Union will offer a FREE Community Shred Day on Saturday, September 22, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. to 12noon in their parking lot at 2550 S. Alpine Rd. (corner of Alpine & Harrison) in Rockford. Anyone is welcome to take advantage of this free service to dispose of personal papers and documents on-site in a safe, secure way. Paper Recovery Service Corporation of Loves Park will be providing the on-site shredding at the credit union’s drive up parking lot area on September 22nd. A maximum limit of 100 lbs. or 2 boxes per car is requested, please, so that everyone can be helped. The public is welcome. Enter off of S. Alpine Road into the shopping center and drive south to the credit union’s drive up area.
