Rockford Crime Stoppers 9/27

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Today we are going to show you several pictures of a white male suspect who is responsible for an attempted vehicle burglary and battery which took place on the 300 block of King Street, at 11:55 PM on Wednesday September 7th.

The Rockford Police investigation indicates the vehicle owner was punched in the face after confronting the suspect. The surveilance video pictures you are now viewing show the suspect entering a nearby gas station just prior to the crime. He appears to be a white male in his late teens or early 20's, approximately 5'11" tall with a thin build, close cut brown hair and was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with a disntictive white design on it's front and on the sleeves.
