Rockford crime stoppers is a sorry organization. They haven't stopped anything. People are dieing in Rockford with their cases unsolved. Also a 1000 dollars today equals squat. That at least 4000 dollars stolen from the tax payers of Rockford, which is why nothing will ever be built for the people there, just jail cells.
