And Shannon Young is 23-years-old five-one, 215 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She's wanted on forgery.

Remember when you call Crimestoppers, they're never going to ask your name, their phones don't have caller i.d. and pay cash rewards. So far this year they've paid callers over five-thousand dollars. If you know the location of one of the four people. give Crimestoppers at 963-7867, or toll free 1-888-769-stop.

Ok, so is there any way of Crimestoppers updating the status of the offenders and letting us know. Maybe you can post a link to show captured? Rather than us wondering???

wow i cant believe they would even say it was a domestic for that steven guy when his case is over and done with. he did his time for the crime in question and now its almost like false advertisement when he only owes fines. its sad to see what my tax paying money goes to when he has done was was asked of him by the courts and only owes fines. there are people killing people and selling drugs to kids shouldnt the police be worried about the criminals and not money.

Aren't there more dangerous peoples faces that you should be using crime stoppers for? Seems to me that this Steven guys face should not have even been put up there all because he still owes fines. Glad I don't live in your city anymore.

So the city of Rockford thinks its worth the time and money to post my face on crimestoppers posters and on the tv for a domestic charge. The thing is the charge is from 3 years ago. I've served my time graduated my probation as of feb. 9th of this year. The new revokation of my probation was filed feb. 10th. The reason for revoking my probation: a little over $900 in fines that were unpaid. For over 2 years now my fines showed paid in full from my bond. Your new system has been messing up paperwork and warrants ever since the new jail was built and system switched. All the tax payer money that was wasted posting me all over when anytime during probation we could have figured this out and started a payment plan. I was told by probation b4 I was discharged that the fines needed to be paid but they would not keep me from being successfully discharged. Never once was it explained to me why these fines show up 6 months before probation ends unpaid.
