The Rockford Area Crime Stoppers program has paid callers in excess of 1.5 million dollars since 1981. Those callers helped area law enforcement officials recover nearly 44 million dollars worth of stolen property, cash and narcotics, and lead to the arrest of nearly 13,000 people.
