WINNEBAGO COUNTY (WIFR) – More than 3,000 local families will have trouble buying gifts for their kids for the holidays. Today the Salvation Army is trying to make sure every child wakes up to something under the tree on Christmas morning.
If you need help you can sign up now through Friday, December 6th from 9-4 p.m. at the Social Services Christmas Center located at 1515 Riverside Blvd in Loves Park. Families will be able to pick up their food baskets and toys starting December 19th.
