Beloit Man Found Guilty of Armed Robbery

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- A jury says a man from Beloit is guilty of armed robbery.

Anthony Miller, 39, faces up to 30 years in prison. Back in September 2013, South Beloit police were called to the Road Ranger Gas Station on Gardner Street.

A man said Miller grabbed him in the bathroom, held him down and threatened him with a box cutter and demanded money.

Sentencing for Miller is set for June 17.
