CRAWFORD, Texas (AP) -- President Bush and the rest of the first family are at their ranch in Crawford, Texas, gearing up for Jenna Bush's wedding tomorrow evening.
The White House says the president is "excited like any proud father is to see one of his daughters get married." Bush will walk his 26-year-old daughter down the aisle before about 200 guests in an outdoor ceremony at the secluded ranch.
The White House says it will be a closed event, with no access by the media, although the Bushes might release a photo or two of the wedding Sunday. A spokesman describes it as a private celebration for family and friends of the bride and groom.
Tonight's rehearsal dinner at a nearby ranch may double as a birthday celebration for the groom. Former White House aide Henry Hager turns 30 today.
The tiny town of Crawford is celebrating by decorating an 18-foot angel statue with a veil and a bouquet in honor of the occasion.
