Images of lost loved ones, usually in our hearts, were found on the shirts of many stateline families today. Swedish American Hospital hosted "A walk to remember." It's for those who've lost children through miscarriage, stillbirth, or other reasons. They started at the YMCA Log Lodge at the Sinnissippi bike path. Followed by a memorial service and then a baloon release.

"They are good support for each other because they truly understand how each other feels and until you have walked that walk you can be very empathic and u can be full of love but until you have been throuhg it .. it's hard." said melinda Hagerman, Fitzgerald Funeral Home

A similar event was also held today at Freeport Memorial Hospital.
