To kick off the start of Women's Health Week Stephenson Counties Health Department held a free fair for women today.

Blood pressure and cholesterol screenings were available plus, there were presentations on healthy snack preparations and information was available on an eight week walking program. The program started yesterday and will end July 6Th.

The goal is to encourage women to set and achieve personal activity goals.
