Local businesses are getting ready to party tonight.

We stopped by Giovanni's and Franchesco's this afternoon. Employees were putting on the finishing touches for tonight's party. Both restaurants have Chicago-style entertainment booked for tonight.

Organizers say they expect anywhere from 500 to a thousand people to ring in the New Year.
