Rockford police continue their search for two teens who they believe shot and killed a 20 year old man this week in a local housing complex. Today family members are remembering the victim during a candlelight vigil.

Emotions ran high as people prayed in front of the Fairgrounds Valley housing complex where Jimmy Hollins was shot down on Monday.

Ceasefire was there to comfort family of the victim, and discourage any retaliation for his death. Ceasefire comes to post shooting events to get their message out that these types of things can't keep happening.

"It's going to take a village to raise a child," said Robert King, executive direct of the Booker Washington Community Center. "It's going to take a village to stop the shooting. And so we need to come together, all people, all races, all ethnicities, it's going to take a collective effort to really end this, and to really minimize a lot of it."

Arrest warrants have been issued for 19-year-old Tommy Nabors and 18-year-old Damarius Nelson. They are accused of fatally shooting Hollins. Both face multiple gun related charges.
