A new month, means a new store will receive extra business from a local organization aimed at pumping money into our economy.

The Rockford Cash Mob is back at it again, this time spending money at the Olympic Tavern. The group spends cash at a different business every month. Members say if we buy locally, our money will likely stay local.

"It's great to get attention from anybody, you know, love that. And really appreciate the attention," said Olympic Tavern manager Zak Rotelo. "There's a lot of places to choose from in town. It's really nice that we got picked out of a lot of different places."

The organization picks a new location to mob on the first Saturday of every month.
