First, you will need a phone with data access capabilities and a web browser. On some phones you'll see a link marked "Web," "Internet," or "Browser" as soon as the phone is powered up. The link may also be named after your particular phone provider's service.

Check to see if you can access other URLs. If not, you may be out of the area covered by your service provider. If you can access other URLs, there may be a temporary problem with the site. Try again later. If the problem persists, however, send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I cancel or change my text alerts?
The easiest way to cancel your alert service is to reply ‘stop’ to one of your alerts. This will cancel your service for that particular alert category. For example, if you are signed up for breaking news and weather and you reply ‘stop’ to a weather alert, you will be removed from the weather alert service. If you want to turn off all alerts, reply to one with 'stop all', and we will cancel all of your alerts.
